Thriftlodge Niagara Falls at the Falls

A very well priced and very very convenient location on Clifton Hill. You walk outside your room and you will find yourself right in the middle of all the attractions/stores. The room is good enough and clean, no mini fridge or microwave which would be handy. Stayed here lots of times with either me and the gf or me and the gf and kids. It's just proven to work good for us. In season, if you don't like loud music and noise...I'd avoid this place tho with an outside bar/karaoke within the parking lot it gets loud and late. If you don't care about that, I'd simply recommend this place.

I had a great stay here! fantastic price and it was quite the party atmosphere considering that karaoke was until 2am right beside our motel. It was perfect for my friends and I. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Splitting the price per night with 3 friends made the cost $20 per person or even less if its a week day. Hell of a deal!

It's not fancy, but we wanted convenience and that's what we got. The staff was very upfront about the noise and the honesty at booking is very much appreciated. We just cranked the A.C. at night (to block the sound of the outdoor karaoke bar) and snuggled in for the night. The rooms overlook the parking lot, not the street and you can see some of the fireworks at night, but not all of them. It's only a 5 min walk or less to the falls.

Clean, good place to stay when going through the attractions (which are a lot) around the area. Really more of a place to stay the night, as there’s a karaoke bar nearby that goes on well into the midnight which I can only assume operates every night. Also since there’s a lot to do during the evening; tire yourself enough to sleep through the outside volume (depending on where your room is).

It was great, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The karaoke was an added bonus, so close and convenient. Would have been 5 stars but we popped in about 6 PM and asked for a late check out and was told we would have to call the front desk at 7 AM of the day we wanted the late check out. Doesn't make sense to wake early to ask to sleep a little later to check out later????

My family has been staying at thriftlodge every year for the past 10-15 years. Year after year we choose this for our vacation as it is right in the middle of the action on Clifton hill and has a great view of the Ferris wheel. We enjoy partying so the karaoke beer garden is always a blast. Front desk has always been helpful if any issues arise. Would highly recommend!

It was snowing a lot and the machine worked almost the entire night. I had to wake up early and I couldn't sleep, it was terrible. They also should offer breakfast. The bedroom is very nice and organized, big and useful. Nice coffee machine, loved that

Perfect location right in the heart of the falls. The room was spacious and in a perfect spot within the property. The check in and check out process was seamless and the parking on site was affordable and convenient. I didn't mind the karaoke bar at all as we were out of the room for the majority of the time and when we were in the room I didn't really notice the noise. Besides, it's a tourist attraction in a tourist area, some noise is to be expected. We were extremely happy with our stay so much that I didn't even bother to check other properties when I booked our room for our return visit next month.
